Food Runner

Responsibilities

• Delivers food orders from kitchen to guests with accuracy and urgency
• Verifies ticket items and garnishes for correct presentation
• Communicates order status and guest needs to servers and kitchen
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of expo and service stations
• Auxiliaries with running side work, stocking, and table resets
• Supports guest service by responding to requests promptly and professionally
• Follows all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Collaborates with servers and hosts to ensure seamless service
• Performs additional duties or special assignments as required

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are needed
• Attention to detail for order accuracy and presentation is important
• A professionalism and positive attitude in guest interactions are expected
• The ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, and move quickly throughout the dining room is necessary
• Obtain and maintain any required food safety certifications or gaming license if applicable
