The Food Runner is responsible for supporting the service team by delivering food orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weight. The Food Runner works closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide timely service and maintain high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately. Ensure all orders are complete and presented according to service standards before delivery. Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams regarding orders and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and expo areas. Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Support opening, closing, and side-work duties. Provide a positive and professional guest experience at all times. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
