FOOD RUNNER
Job Description
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
Arrive to work on time, consistently.
Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment.
Follow all directions and processes in place.
Communicate with all internal and external customers efficiently.
Properly rotate all mis en place.
Clean and maintain equipment properly.
Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
Execute all food order deliveries to the correct tables and areas.
Stock the line with plates and bowls and any other utensils needed for the day.
Organize and set up work station fast and efficiently.
Rotate, label and date all food on stations.
Check all Jonas paper in all machines before service.
At end of each shift provide Chef with a list of products and jobs needed for the next shift.
Check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving.
Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Dining Room Manager or Chef.
