Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
- Assists bus attendants in setting and clearing tables
- Serve water, coffee, and tea to guests
- Ensure the quality and presentation of meals are up to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the dining room
- Respond quickly and properly in any restaurant emergency situation
- Communicate clearly with guests and supervisors
Requirements
- Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- One year of food service experience required in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the menu and beverage list
- Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely
