Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
• Assists bus attendants in setting and clearing tables
• Serve water, coffee, and tea to guests
• Ensure the quality and presentation of meals are up to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the dining room
• Respond quickly and properly in any restaurant emergency situation
• Communicate clearly with guests and supervisors

Requirements

• Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
• One year of food service experience required in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance

Skills

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of the menu and beverage list
• Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely
