Location: Burbank, CA Employment Type: Part-Time Salary: Competitive Job Description Key Responsibilities: Engage guests promptly and warmlyAnticipate and fulfill guests’ needsEnsure food and service is to Wood Ranch standardsCommunicate with guests to make a positive lasting impressionEnsure and promote safety and cleanlinessParticipate in team pre-bussing and running food, offer to help other team membersCarry hot and cold plates to guestsLift and carry trays with 6-7 drinksServe alcohol to guest following safe alcohol service guidelines with local, state and federal lawsPrepare beverages, desserts and soupsPerform light duties, including stocking stations and side work assignment(s)Communicate openly with management regarding any work-related concernsProcess payments, including making change for cash payments Requirements Requirements & Working ConditionsMust be 18 years of age or olderMinimum of one (1) year experience as a server assistant (or similar position)Preferably able to work 5 shifts a weekMust speak EnglishMust be outgoing, charismatic, proactive, approachable, guest-centric and positiveFood Handler’s CardExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsPerform basic math skillsAbility to work positively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively within a teamAbility to solve problems, adapt to change quickly and easily and multi-taskAbility to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 35 lbs. as neededContinuous use of hands and arms; continuous bending, reaching and twisting
