About the Role

Responsible for ensuring that all food items are served as soon as they are ready.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages orders, with appropriate garnishments and condiments to guests
• Ensure all food items are served as soon as they are ready
• Serve each guest seated at a table together—timing is important
• Respond to questions with informed answers
• Deliver passionate and engaging service to our guests by recognizing individual guests and anticipating their unique needs to exceed expectations
• Consistently deliver our GUEST model:
  • Greet or welcome everyone warmly with a smile
  • Use eye and ear contact and the guest’s name
  • Establish/anticipate needs
  • Solve and own all requests/complaints
  • Thank everyone
• Build solid relationships with colleagues by treating them with respect and dignity
• Communicate openly, honestly, and clearly
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including working in other areas of the hotel to assist operations

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift
• Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull, and wipe
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds

Pay

Anticipated base pay range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Offered pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
