Food Runner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and attentive Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage Department. The Food Runner is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders to guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the menu. This role is key to enhancing the overall guest experience through efficient service and effective communication with both front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Position Type: Part-Time, Seasonal

Compensation: $15.92/hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Deliver food to guests promptly, accurately, and courteously
• Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service
• Support the dining team in maintaining a clean and organized service environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred
• Strong ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and holidays
