About the role

Ted's Bulletin is seeking an experienced Support team member to join their team. The Support team members play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by:

• assisting with carry out and dine-in food
• completing side work tasks
• delivering food and beverages to guests
• ensuring the work area is organized
• providing warm, genuine, and engaging customer service to all guests

Responsibilities

To excel in this role, candidates should ideally have at least a year of experience executing under pressure in a high-volume, full-service environment.

Requirements

• Memorize the food menu and recall items from memory
• Understand proper and safe food and beverage handling procedures
• Have high energy and stamina; capable of working on feet for up to 10 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and reaching
• If serving drinks, must be of legal age to serve and be certified in responsible alcohol service
• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is preferred

• Knowledge of food and beverage safety
• Physical stamina and mobility
