About the role

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to local policy and increases with length of employment.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess.
• Provides clean china, silverware, and glassware upon request from customers.
• Sets tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc., as required.
• Attends to customer needs/requests (e.g., refilling beverages, condiments, paper products) in a polite and helpful manner.
• Assists wait staff with tray service as needed.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills; must be fluent in English.
• Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.

Pay

$7.50 per hour + tips (starting salary up to $18.00 per hour).
