Food Retail Brand Location Supervisor - California State University - Sacramento State

Job Responsibilities

• Oversight of workstation setup, breakdown, and sanitation
• Supervision of cooking and preparation of food items according to recipes and brand requirements
• Maintenance of food storage in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment
• Accurate inventory maintenance according to departmental policies and procedures
• Delegation of tasks to employees as necessary
• Performance coaching and feedback to staff members
• Training and mentoring of other food service workers
• Customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Compliance with Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation
• Communication with staff via various means (email, phone calls, inter-office mail)

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role preferred
• Prior experience in the food and hospitality industry required
• Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology systems
