About the Role
Supervise Quality Leads and Quality Technicians across batching, blending, and packaging operations (17 direct reports). Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Manage food safety metrics and maintain comprehensive QA documentation. Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations across all production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS) is required
- Demonstrated experience in food safety and quality assurance supervision
