About the role

Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight of the Quality department. Directly manage one Quality Supervisor, Quality Leads, and Quality Technicians. Oversee and maintain daily quality programs including SQF, HACCP, GMP, and allergen control initiatives. Drive plant-level quality management systems and continuous improvement efforts. Develop and deliver quality training programs across the organization. Lead SQF audits and ensure full compliance with all regulatory and third-party agency requirements.

Requirements

• BS in Science or related discipline required
• 2–3 years of progressive leadership experience in a food-controlled manufacturing environment
• SQF Practitioner Certification preferred
