Food Production Specialist

About The Position

We're seeking a team member passionate about production who can work early shifts. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, team players, and prioritize guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments
• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items throughout the store and assist guests in finding products and complete meal solutions
• Ensure excellent product quality by inspecting store products for proper rotation, cleaning, sanitation procedures, and completing reports as necessary
• Adhere to The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols
• Present yourself professionally, including following uniform standards

Pay

The Fresh Market offers a shift differential between the hours of 12 am – 5 am of an additional $2.00 an hr. Full-time team members are expected to meet the needs of stores, guests, and teams, which may require flexibility with weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Schedule

To meet the needs of our stores, guests, and teams, this position requires the willingness to work a schedule of 3 am – 11 am with days off typically being Sunday and Wednesday of each week. The Fresh Market offers a shift differential for hours 12 am – 5 am.
