Food Production Specialist

About The Position

We're seeking team members passionate about production and eager to work early shifts. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, team players, and prioritize guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Handle production for key items to support various departments
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist guests in finding products and meal solutions
• Ensure excellent product quality through inspections and adherence to standards
• Present yourself professionally, following uniform standards

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Production Planning Software experience (at least a minimum requirement)

Physical and Work Conditions

• Repetitive hand/arm movements
• Grasping, bending, reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Long periods of standing and walking (up to 4 hours)
• Wear approved hat, hair net, beard guard, and personal protective equipment
