Food Production Specialist
About The Position
We're seeking team members passionate about production and eager to work early shifts. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, team players, and prioritize guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Handle production for key items to support various departments
- Maintain knowledge of products and assist guests in finding products and meal solutions
- Ensure products are inspected for proper rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Complete reports as necessary
- Adhere to The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols
- Present yourself professionally, including wearing required attire

Qualifications
- A passion for providing extraordinary service
- At least 18 years of age
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical and Work Conditions
- Repetitive hand/arm movements, grasping, bending, reaching
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Long periods of standing or walking without breaks
- Wear approved hat, hair net, beard guard, and personal protective equipment

Pay
The Fresh Market offers a shift differential between the hours of 12 am – 5 am, adding an extra $2.00 per hour. Full-time team members are expected to meet the needs of stores, guests, and teams, which may require flexibility with weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Schedule
This position requires a schedule of 3 am – 11 am with days off typically being Sunday and Wednesday of each week. The Fresh Market offers additional time off purchase plans and personal time off.
