Stan's Donuts and Coffee is growing rapidly and seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Coincordinate with production and other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and address equipment failures promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a food manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work occasional weekends or off-hours as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish (Preferred).
