Food Nutrition Financial Analyst
About the role
As our Food Nutrition Financial Analyst, you will provide strategic insights to support operational efficiency within the Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) Department. You will conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to drive decision-making and collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide insights for decision-making.
- Provide oversight to ensure accuracy of hierarchy in all applicable FNS platforms within each region, including CaterTrax, Computrition, Meal IQ, Volante, and other systems.
- Assist in budgeting, variance analysis (productivity, cash reporting, forecasting, accounts payable), and strategic planning with FNS.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to achieve FNS short-term and long-term goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; equivalent experience with a minimum of seven (7) years in the accounting/finance field will be considered.
- Experience with analytics tools for data analysis.
- Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Food and Nutrition Services operations.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.

Pay
$31.68 - $47.13 per hour.
