Food Nutrition Financial Analyst
About the role
As a Food Nutrition Financial Analyst, you will provide strategic insights to support operational efficiency within the Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) Department. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, a deep understanding of FNS operations, and effective communication to analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide insights for decision-making.
- Provide oversight to ensure accuracy of hierarchy in all applicable FNS platforms within each region, including CaterTrax, Computrition, Meal IQ, Volante, and other systems.
- Assist in budgeting, variance analysis (productivity, cash reporting, forecasting, accounts payable), and strategic planning with FNS.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies and cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to achieve FNS short-term and long-term goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; equivalent experience with a minimum of seven (7) years in the accounting/finance field will be considered.
- Experience with analytics tools for data analysis.

Pay
$31.68 - $47.13 per hour.
