About the role

Now Hiring Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Team Members for our fast-paced restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience
• Prepare and serve quality food according to company standards
• Support daily restaurant operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Aid in staffing, scheduling, labor management, inventory, and food cost control
• Train, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads
• Affirm high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Aid in hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• Drive sales, operational performance, and team engagement
• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
• Help ensure efficient operations and an outstanding guest experience
• Aid in opening and closing procedures
• Support cash handling, training, and shift accountability
• Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and prepare food according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Assist teammates during busy periods
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Leadership experience is preferred for Assistant Manager and Shift Lead positions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position
