Supervises Personnel

  • Scheduling, training, and motivating team members daily
  • Aiding service team on the floor, taking and serving orders, and assisting with wine service (International Sommeliers Guild Wine Fundamentals 1 or 2 preferred)
  • Facilitating sales, customer service, and operations interface daily
  • Supervising division activities, overseeing daily operations of all F&B outlets
  • Ensuring profitability, efficient operations, and adherence to established safety and quality standards daily
  • Inventories supplies and beverages and maintains accurate inventory records monthly
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintaining favorable team member and guest relations as needed
  • Administering state liquor laws as they pertain to operations daily
  • Dealing with guests' challenges and communicating all issues with leadership
  • Affirming that we exceed guest expectations by being responsive, engaged, and following-through on all requests
  • Representing organization as point of contact ensuring guests' needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Ensuring a safe work environment, reporting unsafe conditions and equipment that need repair immediately, and that the work area is clean and orderly

What You Bring

  • 2+ years lead or supervisory experience and/or training in comparable food service operation
  • The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to read, analyze, and interpret regulations
  • The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS system(s)
  • The ability to be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
  • A valid driver license
  • Necessary State Food Handler's License and Liquor Serving Permit
