About the role

The Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor at Paniolo Bar is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations. This role involves leading the food & beverage team through support, coaching, and training, including scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach the food & beverage team
• Give direction and ensure all related duties are properly executed
• Address potential issues that may arise
• Interact with customers regularly, taking orders, filling orders, and handling other requests
• Communicate with managers to facilitate smooth shift transitions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food service preferred
• 1+ years of experience supervising others preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Must be available for weekends and holidays
• Commitment to following food safety protocols
• Provide TB Clearance
• A valid Liquor license
• A valid driver's license

Pay

$27.71 per hour
