Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensuring all standards are followed.
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and presentation in all F&B outlets.
  • Supervise, train, and support F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and support team members.
  • Create and manage staff schedules based on business levels.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver high-quality hospitality.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment under pressure.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a lead or supervisor in Food & Beverage or a related hospitality function (preferred).
  • Ability to lead with empathy and demonstrate care for colleagues in alignment with Hyatt’s purpose.
  • Remains calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • A hospitality mindset and genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Approachable, people-first communication style that builds trust and supports team engagement.
  • Commitment to modeling Hyatt values, including care, respect, inclusion, integrity, and wellbeing.
