Food & Beverage Server (Casual/On-Call)

About the role

The Club at Kukui'ula is seeking a Food & Beverage Server to join their team. This role involves delivering exceptional service to members and guests in the Umeke Kitchen + Bar and Makai Grille.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to all members and guests.
• Maintain constant monitoring of guests' needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Carry trays weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Possess sequence of service knowledge.
• Be comfortable interacting and conversing with guests.
• Work closely within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact and converse with guests.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely within a team.

Pay

Hourly range: $26.78 to $31.50 USD
