About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences and events for our Owners/guests, ensuring meaningful moments are made together.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO (First In First Out) compliance, and cleanliness, rectifying any deficiencies.
  • Complete inventories of supplies, food, and liquor, check stock, and requisition necessary items.
  • Lead shifts and supervise associates as scheduled.
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Assist other departments to ensure optimal guest service.
  • Train associates in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical/service aspects.
  • Collaborate with management to recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.
  • Assist in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.

  • Welcome and greet guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
  • May require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
