Responsibilities
- Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.
- Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks the stock, and requisitions necessary supplies.
- Maintains dining room seating availability, ensures service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Aids other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Trains associates in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
- Recognizes hourly associates' performance contributions.
- Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items up to 25lbs without assistance.
- Ability to perform tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
