Food & Beverage On-Duty Supervisor (Beach Venues)

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH & BOH operations at various venues
• Provide work direction for opening staff
• Ensure delivery of supplies
• Complete daily shift summary report
• Cookery delivery of F&B items and verify accuracy of order & quality of product
• Ensure workstations are adequately staffed

Requirements

• High School diploma (GED)
• 3 years related experience/training, including 1 year supervisory/lead or equivalent combination
• Valid Driver's License & Sheriff's & Alcohol Awareness Cards

• POS & cash handling skills
