What will you be doing?
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, lounge/bar, banquet facilities, and in-room dining.
- Ensure consistent service quality, food presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Catering teams to plan and execute meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Oversee banquet setup, service execution, and post-event evaluations.
- Maintain a high quality hotel image through effective housekeeping and sanitation in the Food and Beverage operation.
- Secure all Food and Beverage property and inventories.
- Implement and support hotel policies and procedures.
- Audit and review the job performance of subordinates and maintain records of assigned associates according to policy.
- Hire, induct, orient, and train assigned personnel to meet departmental responsibilities.
- Ensure appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, and appearance are maintained.
What do you bring to the role?
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, lounge/bar, and banquet operations.
- Knowledge of Beverage operations and understanding wine varieties, labels, and vintages.
- Mathematical abilities in order to determine and track inventory, controls, revenue productions, and other hotel financial statements.
- Ability to work entire shift standing and moving about in banquet, restaurants, and kitchen areas.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom may require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve issues.
