As a Food and Beverage Manager with Chartwell Hospitality, you’ll oversee all aspects of Restaurant, Room Service, and Lounge operations, ensuring operational efficiency, financial success, and outstanding guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse, talented team to deliver optimal guest experiences and achieve business and financial goals.
• Set the tone by modeling leadership, empowering, and coaching team members throughout their employment lifecycle.
• Maintain a pulse on financial operations, including food and beverage par levels for all outlets.
• Leverage industry trends and creativity to design and manage guest-enticing promotions and presentations, capturing in-house and local market share while elevating guest experience.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff while protecting hotel assets.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of the food and beverage or hospitality industries.
• Applicable Food Safety certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; a second language is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers, business equipment, and software.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
