The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store. The role of a Food & Beverage Expert can provide you with the skills and experiences of: guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest‑first and freshness culture in Food & Beverage; Food & Beverage business fundamentals, including sales trends, inventory, quality and freshness management, and guest shopping patterns; understanding food seasonality, freshness and quality, food safety standards and routines, and merchandising; working with a dynamic and fast‑paced team focused on the guest experience and routinely executing the Food & Beverage Standards and best practices through individual Assignment Sheets and task execution.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:
• Greet: 10ft – be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave
• Greet: 4ft – greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in‑stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product
