Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage operations across multiple venues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement food and beverage menus.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure quality products.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with event staff and security personnel.
• Monitor and adjust menu offerings based on demand and feedback.
• Prepare and present reports on food and beverage performance.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in food service management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale events and high-volume operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food service.
