Food & Beverage Concessions & Event Manager Dobson Ice Arena

About the role

Manage the operation of all concessions and events at Dobson Ice Arena, including scheduling, daily and monthly financial reports, ordering, inventory, and collaborating with HR for hiring and recruiting. Oversee daily concessions and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule concessions and event staff
• Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
• Manage ordering and inventory
• Work with HR on hiring and recruiting for F&B staff
• Direct and lead a full F&B staff at Dobson Ice Arena
• Perform self-directed work in a team setting

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of event management and banquet experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities
• Extensive knowledge of event operations
• Ability to work well in a team, both as part of upper-level management and directing staff

Pay

Wage range: $63,005–$88,207, depending on experience.
