Job Summary

The Assistant Center Manager supports the Center Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a Community Health Center, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and regulatory compliance. This role supervises administrative staff, promotes staff development, and ensures the accuracy of practice management data to optimize reimbursement. Working closely with the management team, the Assistant Center Manager helps drive patient satisfaction, reduce no-show rates, maintain budget performance, and uphold compliance with HRSA and TJC standards. The position also plays a key role in coordinating and facilitating staff communication and meetings to support overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Preferred prior management experience of 2 or more years.
  • Teamwork, communication, planning, organization, decision making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.

Pay Range

$50,503 - $67,607 (commensurate with years of experience)
