The Role
- Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver exceptional care
- Ensure participant independence, autonomy, and dignity
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to coordinate care plans
- Manage departmental best practices, compliance, and competency
- Handle participant and vendor concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of direct reports
- Support the Center Manager in meetings, initiatives, and daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience (healthcare leadership preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working with the frail, elderly, or long-term care population (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to inspire, coach, and build cohesive teams
Additional Requirements
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated against: Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B
- Must meet CMS competency standards prior to working independently
- Comfortable working in varied home environments and all weather conditions
