About the role

Crafty’s mission is to help companies craft better workplaces by providing the services and technology to deliver a modern, comprehensive food & beverage program for their employees, no matter where they work. After operating with a vertically integrated supply chain in Chicago and the Bay Area, Crafty launched a third‑party fulfillment model that has scaled coverage to over 25 markets globally in just a year. The team spans technology, supply chain, field operations, sales, account management, and more, creating a dynamic, fast‑paced, and fun workplace.

Crafty's Food & Beverage Associate IIs — known internally as "The Independent Contributor" — are the versatile backbone of the in‑office Concierge pantry program. They are ready for immediate deployment to any site, navigate new client spaces, and execute task lists successfully without a prior walkthrough. This high‑energy role suits people who thrive with independence and derive satisfaction from an organized, elevated space. Associates are typically trained across 15+ locations, are on call for coverage needs, and independently travel to assigned locations each day, taking on increased “Day‑of Leadership” and implementation oversight responsibilities — including QC checks and peer support when assigned.
