Food & Beverage Associate II
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Who We Are (company description) maybe could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about company, not role. Could be "About the role"? The role description is under "The Role". Could map "Who We Are" to "About the role"? Not exactly. But we can create sections: "About the role" (maybe combine Who We Are and The Role?). However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can have sections: About the role (company overview + role description), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required Attributes and maybe other qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Let's see content: We have responsibilities list. We have Required Attributes list (these are like qualifications/skills). We have Expected Results (goals) maybe could be part of responsibilities? Could be omitted? It's substantive but not a standard heading; we could include under Responsibilities or a separate section like "Goals". But instruction only lists certain headings; we can add others if needed? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those examples. Safer to stick to those. Expected Results could be placed under Responsibilities as part of duties. We'll incorporate.
We have Pay: "$24 - $26 an hour". Schedule: "full-time, hourly role ... availability Monday through Friday. Depending on your client assignment at the time of offer, your 8-hour shift will start at either 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM." Also mention split schedule across two sites. So we have schedule details.
Benefits: "We are proud to offer a compensation package that includes our Crafty healthcare plan, covering primary health, dental, and vision plans, 401k, paid time off, equipment certification courses, and parental leave. And, of course, it also includes Crafty-grade snacks, beverages, and fun events!" Also mention special opportunity.
Thus we can create sections: About the role (company overview + role description), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required Attributes and maybe also "Don't meet all qualifications?" but that's not a requirement), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Food & Beverage Associate II". Not to be used as heading.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must preserve all substantive information.
