About the role
As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will provide excellent guest service in the food and beverage outlets of the resort. This role involves addressing guest service needs, completing food orders, cleaning and stocking areas, and maintaining inventory control. You will ensure orders are taken accurately, offer suggestions to guests, stock packaged products, and assist in food preparation while upholding high-quality standards and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Promptly address guest service needs in food and beverage outlets.
- Complete food orders and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Clean and stock all food and beverage areas based on inventory control.
- Offer ideas and suggestions to guests when ordering.
- Ensure packaged products are stocked and maintain cleanliness of all areas.
- Assist in the preparation of food orders.
- Maintain the company’s high-quality standards and follow all safety protocols.
- Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
