Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Food Architect (TM) is to prepare food. This includes:
- Preparing food items according to detailed instructions.
- Working the makeline and oven, including stretching sauce and cheese pizzas correctly.
- Completing orders and building them accurately.
- Reading and following job aids.
- Loading products into ovens correctly and ensuring they are ready within a 2-minute make time.
- Understanding and correctly executing oven trends, packaging products in the right boxes, and preparing post-cook items.
- Aiding customers as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must follow instructions.
- Must work late nights.
- Must stand for long periods of time.
- Must work in a hot area.
- Must understand food safety.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Must have a great attitude.
- Must have some computer skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must be able to follow directions.
