Food and Nutritional Service Associate

About the role

The Food and Nutritional Service Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies within the Food & Nutrition Department. They ensure adherence to safety, infection control, security, and HIPAA guidelines while providing excellent patient, customer, and physician satisfaction.

The role requires demonstrating competency in assigned tasks, meeting performance goals, and maintaining professional appearance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred healthcare experience
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
