What Success Looks Like:
- Prepare weekly schedules for Front of House
- Manage menus, inventory and ordering
- Submit payroll for front of house staff
- Hire front of house staff
- Attend off-site tastings for wine education
- Train and supervise front of house staff
- Plan private parties
- Oversee front of house service
- Coordinate with Sales and Events Manager on banquet events
- Manage floor assignments
- Empower proper service etiquette
- Conduct yearly performance reviews
- Promote staff cross-training and increase efficiency
- Develop and maintain marketing strategy
- Increase food and beverage amenities
What You Bring:
- At least 3 years food service leadership/supervisory experience
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Basic knowledge of POS system
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to create a team environment
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Strong general management skills
- Strong financial management skills
- Strong people management skills
