Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
- Train, coach, and support team members in service standards and company procedures.
- Aid in scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale operations to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Support the implementation of promotions, events, and seasonal menus in coordination with culinary and marketing teams.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing costs.
- Participate in daily briefings and relay information to the team effectively.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
