Food and Beverage Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
• Train, coach, and support team members in service standards and company procedures.
• Aid in scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale operations to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Support the implementation of promotions, events, and seasonal menus in coordination with culinary and marketing teams.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing costs.
• Participate in daily briefings and relay information to the team effectively.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
