Lead exceptional dining experiences at one of the Vail Valley's premier resort destinations! The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our diverse restaurant and bar operations while elevating service, team performance, and guest satisfaction. Duties Include

• Driving daily operations across multiple dining venues to deliver exceptional service, memorable guest experiences, and operational excellence
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members while fostering a culture built on engagement, accountability, and hospitality
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service standards, improve efficiencies, and elevate overall guest satisfaction
• Ensuring dining, bar, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards through proactive oversight and coordination
• Partnering with culinary and resort leadership teams to achieve financial goals through strategic planning, revenue growth, and expense management

Schedule

Flexible schedule. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• At least 21 years of age
• At least four years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry, including a minimum of two years in a management role
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities
• Genuine passion for creating and personalizing memorable guest experiences

Pay

$67,000 - $70,000 / year, plus annual bonus potential
