Responsibilities
- Provides innovative ideas to elevate the dining experience for members and their guests.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of operational standards.
- Continuously trains and develops staff on service standards, menu offerings, and overall customer experience.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitors food and beverage quality and presentation to ensure adherence to standards.
- Enforces health and safety protocols in accordance with local regulations.
- Prepares and analyzes financial reports, monitors expenses, and makes recommendations to improve profitability.
- Aids in the planning and execution of special events and private parties.
- Interviews and hires service staff.
- Conducts performance reviews for direct reports.
- Handles member complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
