Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary

You’ll assist in managing all F&B operations, lead and mentor FOH staff, ensure service consistency, and uphold quality and safety standards. You’ll be overseeing service on the floor and working closely with the FOH leadership team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while managing resources efficiently.

• Go above and beyond for all members of the club on a daily basis to provide an exceptional experience.
• Support daily food service operations in line with budget and quality goals
• Oversee service and floor operations, directing and working with all FOH positions
• Lead and train associates, focusing on service standards, steps of service, to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Assist with weekly scheduling of different departments.
• Maintain superior food and service standards for members and guests
• Build strong relationships with staff, members, and other departments
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Contribute to scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and operational controls

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hospitality experience, experience in luxury settings is a plus
• At least 1 year of FOH management experience
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills
• NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer skills
