Food and Beverage Internship

Volunteer

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the setup, operation, and breakdown of concessions, premium areas, and other food and beverage stations on gamedays
  • Manage inventory by receiving, stocking, and tracking supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service to fans, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas
  • Support special event catering and hospitality needs as required
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth gameday operations
  • Perform various other duties as assigned to support department goals

Qualifications

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sport Management, or a related field (highly desired, but not required)
  • Strong interest in the sports and hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Able to handle cash and operate POS systems accurately (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Available to work all Fargo Force home games, which include evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
