Food And Beverage Bartender

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives and fills drink orders from patrons or servers in a fast paced environment.
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification and adheres to all venue and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions.
• Collects payment from patrons for drinks served and makes correct change.
• Completes Cash Control Form Report thoroughly and accurately at the end of each shift.
• Performs opening and closing duties according to procedure.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent skills in customer relations, communications and problem solving.
• Available to work primarily nights and weekends, and occasionally holidays.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Possess current, valid driver’s license and a current working phone with a number that can be accessed by building management personnel for business contact purposes.
• Must be able to obtain all State and local required certificates and licenses necessary to serve alcohol.

Physical Demands

• Occasionally exposed to cold temperatures and elevated noise levels, depending on the nature of a particular event.
• Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.
