FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary

Maintains the food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Marksets the operation, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full time schedule; days and hours may vary. Flexible with some weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirements

• Prior front-of-house, management experience, and customer service is required.
