About the role

Phil's BBQ is a great place to work! The Busser is an integral part of our BBQ crew and plays an essential role to the success of the guest dining experience at Phil’s BBQ. We see our team of bussers as the concierge of legendary service.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests with their tableside dining needs such as plates, utensils, bibs, napkins, beverage refills, and condiments.
• Continues to provide legendary customer service by removing items from the table as guests finish their dining experience.
• Provides to-go containers for any leftovers.
• Provides wet naps and plastic bags as needed.
• Upon departing, removes any remaining dirty tableware.
• Clears, cleans and resets tables and condiment stock as well as cleans booths, chairs and the surrounding floor area as needed for the next party.
