What you'll do Perform stages of planting tasks (Seedings, transplanting, harvesting)Ensuring all products meet high standardsPackaging of harvested produces for delivery and/ ShipmentUpkeep records pertaining to Production, Plant Health and Grow systemPerform and follow housekeeping checklists throughout the farm and farm equipmentPractice standard operating procedures to ensure corps’ health, minimize wastage and increase yieldEnsuring our crops growth requirements, such as lighting, soil PH, and nutrients, are consistently metIdentifying and resolving potential threats to crop yields, such as applying pests. management practicesFull compliance in using personal protective equipment and adhering to workforce health & safety and food safety practicesReport and assist CTO in on-going and ad-hoc projects What you'll need Minimum Diploma or ITE in Plant Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related fieldsGood communication skillsAble to take initiative to improve processes and troubleshoot problemsAble to organize well and adhere to deadlinesPreferably have experience or interest in farming or gardening environmentAble to work independently with minimum supervisionFull-time minimum 6 months required
