- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Minimum of 5 years Polyurethane experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years Sales Territory or Sales Manager (required)

- Travel up to 50% of the time (required).
- Able to move around equipment in order to perform maintenance procedures (kneeling, bending, stooping and climbing).
Responsibilities
- Accountable for primarily Mid-West sales and margin.
- Working with the Business Unit Manager to develop the sales plans, deliver the volume/revenue/gross margin goals, act as the key focal point for strategic customers/channels and the personal coaching/development of Storopack’s leveraged Sales Force.
- Deliver the Mid-West annual Sales and Gross Margin Budget.
- Develop strong relations with key influences at strategic FOAMplus® customers.
- Introduce, coach and develop existing leveraged Sales Force to promote FOAMplus®.
- Resolute problems.
- Identify and support implementation of channel partners consistent with Market Plan.
- Represent Sales and customer advocate in Sales & Operations team meetings.
- Implement pricing to achieve margin targets.
- Manage individual T&E budget.
