FMS Management Analyst II-Journeyman

Responsibilities

• Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various FMS programs.
• With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the AECA, the SAMM, and the ITAR, as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
• Works with all levels of Program Office and Integrated Product Support (All elements).
• Partnership/Business Relations Support. Assists with preparing Performance Work Statements (PWS) and associated CDRLs.
• Collections, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, acquisition, or financial data and information as requested by customer.
• Prepares technical reports/presentations/briefings using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat software.

Qualifications

• Education: BS or BA in a Business, Management or "Relevant" Technical Discipline.
• ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience; OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in business or technical position. One (1) year of FMS experience is required.
• Security Clearance: Secret.
• U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
• Foreign travel is required for this position.
• Desired Qualifications: Four (4) years of FMS experience is desired.
